Cancelation Policy
I have a 24-hour cancelation policy. I have committed my time to you for our appointment. You will receive reminder emails 24 and 48 hours in advance of our appointment. I reserve the right to treat any cancelation made within 24 hours of our appointment as a missed appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, I will assume it is a missed appointment. If you are late to an appointment, and have not contacted me within 15 minutes of our scheduled time, I will consider it a missed appointment. I reserve the right to keep any fees paid for our appointment time if you miss our appointment. If you have not paid me in advance, I reserve the right to expect prompt payment for the scheduled appointment.
